Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, efficient client welcome and personalised assistance at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash/media and maintain cash wrap organisation in compliance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom order and cleanliness.
  • Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates, and support merchandising resets.
  • Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture permitted customer information to support CRM initiatives.
  • Support sales floor activity and customer requests; partner with sales and management to achieve store goals.
  • Uphold housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines, and perform routine physical tasks including regular lifting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer literacy, including the ability to use iPad, Mobile POS and internet-enabled devices.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational capability, and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
