Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate POS and handle cash/media accurately and in full compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and reconcile shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Manage stock levels, execute replenishment, and implement visual merchandising updates to maintain brand presentation.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer data where permitted to support sales goals.
- Support loss prevention and housekeeping standards to preserve store integrity and safety.
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, supporting social media engagement and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
- Familiarity with POS and cash register systems plus basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend and kneel as required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required, ideally in luxury or premium retail with exposure to cashier and stockroom responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
