Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with established policies
• Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Replenish sales floor inventory, manage stock levels, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
• Suggest product add-ons and cross-sell opportunities, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and within the local community; support social media engagement initiatives
• Respond confidently to customer requests, partner with team members and management as needed, and maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store
• Adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines and security protocols

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales capacity, preferably within a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
• Proficiency with cash register systems, point-of-sale technology, iPad/laptop, mobile POS platforms, and internet applications
• Ability to utilize walkie-talkie communication systems and understand price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering throughout sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience in a customer-facing or stock role, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Experience with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and inventory management is highly valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
