Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized shopping assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates in accordance with brand guidelines
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance the shopping experience
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; actively support social media engagement initiatives
• Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and partner with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom as required

Qualifications

• At least one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to understand and read price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment

Skills

Experience

At least one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities, preferably within a luxury retail service setting. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

No specific formal education requirement; high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandated for this entry-level retail position.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
