Coach hiring Temporary Sales Support Associate in Glendale, Arizona; $15–$19.50/hr, part-time retail role with POS and inventory responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle currency and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom organization
- Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities and respond confidently to customer requests, partnering with team members and management as needed
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
- Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs consistently, up to 50 lbs occasionally); climb, bend, kneel as required
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales positions)
- Preferably demonstrated experience in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace awareness
- Proficiency with cash register systems and POS technology
- Demonstrated basic computer skills including iPad/laptop operation, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
- Ability to read price sheets and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal educational requirements specified.

The successful candidate will be located in Glendale, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
