Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement and local market representation
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the retail environment and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience (such as cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering throughout sales floor and stockroom
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Skills

Experience

One or more years of retail experience in a customer-facing role, such as cashier, stock associate, or sales position, preferably within a luxury retail environment. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; further education or specialized training in retail operations is advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
