Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment processing in compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards
• Replenish sales floor merchandise, execute visual merchandising updates, and manage overall stock levels
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with privacy guidelines
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence, partnering with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout store and stockroom areas; adhere to Loss Prevention policies and procedures
• Serve as a brand ambassador within the local market and support social media engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment (cashier, stock, or sales background)
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Ability to read and understand price sheets, product release documentation, and utilize communication devices such as walkie-talkies
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury fashion retail environment. Experience in cashier, stock management, or sales roles is highly valued. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
