Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain an organized cash wrap, and process cash/media in strict accordance with company policy.
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising and display updates as directed.
• Recommend add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information in line with privacy and permission guidelines.
• Support floor selling activities, respond to customer requests, and partner with colleagues and management to meet store targets.
• Maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor and stockroom and adhere to Loss Prevention protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proven proficiency with cash register systems, Mobile POS, and basic computer tools (iPad, laptop, internet).
• Current awareness of fashion trends and retail competitors in the local market.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and maneuvering in stockroom and sales floor areas.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience is required; preference given to candidates with experience in luxury retail environments or roles involving cashier and stockroom responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
