Coach seeks a Temporary Sales Support Associate at its Gimpo Outlet in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. Full retail support role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
  • Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
  • Suggest complementary products and gift cards; capture customer information in accordance with permissible protocols
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Monitor and manage stock levels across the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and product placement
  • Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management as required
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to all Loss Prevention and security guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of previous retail experience in cashiering, stock handling, or sales; preference given to candidates with luxury retail service background
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Capacity to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced retail setting
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Advanced English language proficiency

Experience
