Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with privacy guidelines
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping and Loss Prevention standards throughout store operations

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

One or more years of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales duties, ideally within a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.

Education

No specific educational credential required; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
