Coach Temporary Sales Support Associate, Gilroy, CA. Part-time retail role with flexible schedule, $15–$21.75/hr, benefits included.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
- Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom standards
- Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest add-on products and gift cards, capturing customer information where permitted
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community, supporting social media engagement
- Maintain housekeeping standards across the sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and support security protocols
- Respond confidently to customer requests and partner with team members or management as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of cash register systems and point-of-sale technology
- Proficiency with basic computer applications including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays as business needs require
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales role, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience accepted.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
