Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client welcomes and provide personalized assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash/media and maintain an organized cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
- Replenish sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising updates and support loss prevention procedures.
- Promote add-on merchandise and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted and support local brand representation including social engagement.
- Support colleagues and management during peak periods and respond to customer requests with confidence and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad and basic computer/internet use; ability to use walkie‑talkie devices.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a high‑volume environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; experience handling cash transactions, stockroom operations and basic visual merchandising is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
