Coach in Gilroy, CA is hiring a Part-time Sales Support Associate III to manage POS, stockroom and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with professionalism and provide personalized, high-quality service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with store policy, and maintain cash wrap organization.
- Receive, process and reconcile shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and uphold stockroom standards.
- Replenish merchandise, execute visual merchandising updates and ensure the sales floor presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Suggest complementary products and gift card purchases; capture customer information where permitted to support clienteling.
- Support store loss-prevention protocols and maintain housekeeping standards throughout the retail environment.
- Assist in-store social media engagement and act as a local brand ambassador in the community.
- Collaborate with sales team and management to respond to customer requests and support peak-period needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom, sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Working knowledge of fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and mobile point-of-sale platforms; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie talkie.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to multitask in a high-traffic retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills in English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to bend, climb and maneuver throughout the store and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience, ideally including cashier and stockroom responsibilities; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
