Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and deliver personalized, professional service on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; manage cash/media handling in compliance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
  • Support inventory flow by receiving, processing, organizing shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining stockroom standards.
  • Replenish sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising updates, and maintain housekeeping to brand standards.
  • Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support sales goals and clienteling.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, supporting social media engagement and community-facing initiatives.
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and collaborate with management and colleagues to respond to customer requests and operational needs.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
  • Proven proficiency with cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad and basic computer applications; ability to use a walkie talkie.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills in English.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling as required.

Experience
