Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs and providing personalized shopping guidance
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, manage cash wrap operations, and handle currency and payment processing in compliance with brand policies
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage inventory levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand guidelines
• Suggest complementary products and gift cards to enhance customer transactions and capture customer information where permitted
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention protocols and procedures
• Support all sales floor activities and partner with management and team members to optimize customer experiences
• Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador, supporting social media engagement and community presence

Qualifications

• One or more years of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service setting
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Demonstrated ability to read price sheets, product release sheets, and communicate via two-way radio
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities
• Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfort with climbing, bending, kneeling, and navigating sales floor and stockroom areas

1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
