Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence; partner with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Lift and maneuver merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally); climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
• Ability to utilize walkie talkies and read price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary retail or business education is preferred but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
