Coach in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate. Join Tapestry's retail team to support POS, inventory and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization and handle cash/media in accordance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, orderly stockroom.
  • Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; assist with visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Support sales-floor activities and client requests; suggest add-on items, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, supporting social media engagement and customer-centric initiatives.
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and safely handle manual tasks (regular lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifts up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience preferred), ideally within a luxury retail environment.
  • Working knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems, Mobile POS and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); able to use walkie talkie and read product/price release sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and strong English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holiday periods and peak retail days.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience is required, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium retail settings and have handled POS, stockroom processes and customer-facing duties.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, merchandising or fashion-related coursework is a plus. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
