Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in full compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates to support brand presentation
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales
• Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement and market presence
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence; partner with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and strictly adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the retail market
• Proficiency with cash register systems, basic computer skills including iPad/laptop and mobile POS platforms, and Internet functionality
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and equivalent experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
