Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization and adhere to company cash-handling policies.
• Support brand presence in the local market and assist with store-level social media engagement when required.
• Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process and document incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Support sales-floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently and partner with colleagues or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines; routinely lift and move merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and walkie talkie for store operations.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and local marketplace competition.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as required.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of retail experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
