Coach, a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941 and part of the Tapestry portfolio, seeks a Sales Support Associate for a temporary, part-time position at its Florida City retail location. This role provides essential support to store operations and customer service, managing point-of-sale transactions, inventory flows, and customer interactions across the sales floor and cash wrap. The successful candidate will maintain brand standards while ensuring efficient store operations from product receipt through sale.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with store policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by company guidelines
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support all sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence, partnering with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines throughout the store
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- One or more years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace conditions
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including ability to use iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
- Ability to utilize walkie talkie and understand price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
One or more years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. A combination of education and equivalent experience will be considered.
