Coach in Estero, Florida is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage POS, merchandising and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, professional client welcomes and personalised assistance at the cash wrap and on the sales floor to create lasting brand impressions.
  • Operate POS and cash handling processes with precision; maintain an organised cash wrap and comply with company cash/media policies.
  • Process incoming shipments and transfers, reconcile discrepancies, maintain stockroom order, and manage inventory replenishment to the sales floor.
  • Execute visual merchandising updates and ensure on‑floor presentation aligns with brand standards.
  • Proactively suggest add‑ons and gift cards, capture permitted customer data, and support store social media/brand ambassador activities locally.
  • Support colleagues and management with customer requests, maintain housekeeping standards, and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines.
  • Maintain flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays as required by store traffic.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stocking, sales); prior luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS workflows; competent using iPad, laptop and walkie talkie for store operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational discipline, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
  • Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to bend, climb and maneuver in stockroom/sales floor spaces.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have worked in a luxury or premium retail environment and who have handled POS, stockroom operations and merchandising responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, merchandising or customer service training preferred.
