Coach is seeking a part-time Sales Support Associate to support client service, point-of-sale operations, stock flow, and visual merchandising. The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays; it is temporary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
- Represent the brand internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and payment media in accordance with policy.
- Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep the stockroom clean.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
- Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with the team or management as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of prior retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and the competitive marketplace.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong English-language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
