Coach Sales Support Associate position in Ellenton, Florida. Part-time retail role with competitive pay ($15–$19.50/hr) and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team and management as needed
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace conditions
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet applications
- Ability to utilize walkie talkies and interpret price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
1 or more years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific luxury retail or customer service training considered an asset.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Ellenton, Florida, USA, with easy access to Tampa.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
