Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in full compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor strategically, and execute visual merchandising updates under management guidance
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards and loyalty programs, and capture customer information where permitted
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Respond confidently to customer requests and partner effectively with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to loss prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles) or equivalent
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

One or more years of previous retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal tertiary education required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
