Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support clienteling initiatives
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand guidelines
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines throughout the store
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members or management as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS, internet, walkie-talkie)
• Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service competencies
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
• Capacity to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred, though a combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
