Coach Sales Support Associate in Edmonton, Alberta. Fast-paced retail role supporting client engagement, POS operations, and inventory management. CAD $15.50–$20.00/hr, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized shopping assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with permissions
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support all sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence, partnering with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail or customer-facing roles
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
- Demonstrated ability to read price sheets, product release sheets, and operate walkie-talkies
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered.
