Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador, supporting social media engagement and brand values
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products and promotions, capture customer information where permitted, and promote gift cards
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor stock, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support all sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team members and management
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace landscape
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet platforms
• Ability to use walkie-talkies and understand price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience

Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered.

Education

No specific formal education requirement stated; however, high school diploma or equivalent is typically expected for retail positions.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
