Coach Sales Support Associate in Edmonton, Alberta — luxury retail operations and customer service role, $17.60–$22.00/hr CAD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout the shopping experience
- Operate POS systems with accuracy, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement and market presence initiatives
- Suggest add-on products and gift cards, and capture customer information in compliance with privacy guidelines
- Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; identify discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and safety standards
- Manage inventory levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates per brand guidelines
- Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards across store areas and adhere to Loss Prevention protocols and security procedures
- Lift and maneuver merchandise and materials regularly (up to 25 lbs. regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and kneeling
Qualifications
- One or more years of previous retail experience including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS systems, and Internet navigation
- Competency with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read and interpret price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
One or more years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail environments, including roles in cashiering, stock management, or sales. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered equivalent to stated requirements.
