Coach — Sales Support Associate (part-time) in Edmonton, Alberta. CAD $17.60–$22.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client welcomes and personalised assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; manage cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a tidy stockroom.
- Replenish merchandise and execute visual merchandising updates to maintain floor standards and brand presentation.
- Suggest add-on items, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support clienteling and sales targets.
- Support store housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures.
- Assist teammates and management with ad-hoc sales floor activities and customer inquiries during peak periods.
- Contribute to local brand representation and support in-store social media engagement when requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and point-of-sale procedures; basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to routinely lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling in a retail/stockroom environment.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience, ideally including cashier and stockroom responsibilities in a luxury or premium retail setting; demonstrated ability to multitask in high-traffic environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Postsecondary coursework or retail-related certification is a plus; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
