Coach is hiring a Sales Support Associate (part-time) in Edmonton, Canada — support POS, inventory and salesfloor at Edmonton International Airport.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide personalised assistance.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media and maintain cash wrap organisation in accordance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
  • Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
  • Support floor sales activity, respond confidently to customer requests and collaborate with store leadership to meet sales objectives.
  • Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand representation and social media engagement.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures; lift and handle merchandise as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of retail experience (cashier, stock or sales); luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
  • Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie talkie.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a high‑traffic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

Experience

At least 1+ year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales). Experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.

Education

The successful candidate will be located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
