Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering personalized service
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Demonstrate ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background) preferably in a luxury retail setting
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet applications
- Ability to read and understand price sheets, product release documentation, and walkie talkie communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English language proficiency
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience considered.
