Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organisation and comply with cash/media handling policies.
• Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and inter-store transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support sales targets and clienteling.
• Support sales-floor activities and customer requests; liaise with store management and teammates to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and store safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, sales); luxury retail background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
• Proven proficiency with POS and basic retail technology; comfortable using iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational capability and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and manoeuvring the sales floor and stockroom.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience—cashiering, stockroom, or sales—preferred; experience within a luxury retail environment is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
