Coach is hiring a Sales Support Associate in Edinburgh, Indiana (Indiana Premium Outlets). Part-time retail role handling POS, stock and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organisation and comply with cash/media handling policies.
- Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and inter-store transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support sales targets and clienteling.
- Support sales-floor activities and customer requests; liaise with store management and teammates to ensure service continuity.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and store safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, sales); luxury retail background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
- Proven proficiency with POS and basic retail technology; comfortable using iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational capability and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and manoeuvring the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience—cashiering, stockroom, or sales—preferred; experience within a luxury retail environment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Edinburgh, Indiana, USA, within easy reach of Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
