Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; manage cash/media in strict compliance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom order and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support on-floor selling activity, suggest add-on products and gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
- Maintain housekeeping standards across the retail space and adhere to Loss Prevention protocols.
- Contribute to local brand representation, including in-store social engagement and supporting store marketing initiatives.
- Perform physical tasks regularly: lift up to 25 lbs routinely (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver between sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales); prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated cash-handling accuracy and familiarity with POS operations.
- Working knowledge of contemporary fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational capability and ability to multitask in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience; prior experience in premium or luxury retail environments preferred. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or vocational training in retail, merchandising or customer service preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
