Coach in Edina, MN is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage cash wrap, merchandising and client service in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide personalised assistance.
- Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy and maintain an organised cash wrap.
- Receive, process, organise and reconcile shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and uphold stockroom standards.
- Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and support presentation standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer data where permitted to support sales objectives.
- Support loss prevention and housekeeping practices; respond confidently to customer requests and partner with the team or management as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and support local social media engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom, sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment; combinations of education and experience considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
- Proven ability to operate cash register/POS systems and basic digital devices; comfortable using Mobile POS, tablets and store computers.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of direct retail experience is required, with preference given to candidates with prior luxury retail or premium service experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail, customer service or visual merchandising training is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
