The Sales Support Associate supports Coach store operations through client service, POS transactions, stockroom and shipment management, replenishment, visual merchandising, and sales-floor assistance. This is a temporary, part-time role with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, peak season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and payment media in accordance with policy.
  • Recommend complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
  • Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
  • Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with the team or management as needed.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitors in the marketplace.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

1+ year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales experience; preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
