Coach Sales Support Associate in Eagan, Minnesota. Part-time retail position offering competitive hourly pay ($15–$21.75), benefits, and brand ambassador opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently, partnering with the team as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- One or more years of previous retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales role, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, peak season, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Experience in a combined cashier, stock, or sales role is valued. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional education may substitute for retail experience on a case-by-case basis.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
