Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and personalized service
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash transactions in compliance with company policies
- Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team members and management
- Lift and maneuver merchandise (minimum 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally); climb, bend, kneel as needed
Qualifications
- One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in luxury retail
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS, internet navigation)
- Ability to read and understand price sheets and product information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak season, and public holidays as required
Skills
Experience
One or more years of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and hands-on experience will be considered.
Education
No specific education level required; however, high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
