Coach (Tapestry) in Destin, FL seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage POS, stockroom and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional client welcome and provide personalised assistance at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; process transactions, handle cash/media and maintain cash wrap organisation in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a tidy, efficient stockroom.
- Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising directives, and support product presentation updates.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture client information where permitted to support CRM and sales objectives.
- Support overall sales-floor activities and collaborate with the store team to respond to customer requests and operational needs.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention practices and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales experience preferred), preferably in a premium or luxury retail environment.
- Current awareness of fashion trends and retail competition.
- Proficiency with cash register/POS systems and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and internet usage).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational aptitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend and manoeuvre in the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience, including cashier and stockroom responsibilities; experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The role is situated in Destin, Florida, USA — conveniently close to Pensacola.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
