Coach in Destin, FL seeks a part‑time Sales Support Associate to assist POS, inventory, merchandising and client service (Hourly pay $15.00–$19.50).
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth; anticipate needs and deliver personalized assistance to reinforce the Coach brand experience.
- Operate POS and handle cash/media accurately; maintain an organized cash wrap and comply with cash handling policies.
- Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom order.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates per store standards.
- Support sales floor activities and customer requests; suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer data where permitted.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local market, supporting social engagement initiatives as required.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines to protect merchandise and assets.
- Perform physical tasks including regular lifting of at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs); climb, bend and maneuver in sales and stockroom environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and walkie talkie.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service capabilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift and handle product regularly (minimum 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience in cashier, stockroom or sales roles; experience within luxury or premium retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training is desirable.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
