Coach in Destin, FL hires a Sales Support Associate to manage POS, inventory and client service in a luxury retail store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate needs and provide tailored assistance.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy, and suggest add-on products including gift cards.
- Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; maintain stockroom cleanliness and report inventory or shipment discrepancies.
- Replenish merchandise, execute visual merchandising updates, and support in-floor merchandising standards.
- Support sales-floor activities and respond to customer requests; escalate to management or collaborate with colleagues as needed.
- Represent the brand in-store and in the local market; assist with social media engagement when required.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines; perform physical tasks including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
- Proven cash-handling experience and familiarity with cash register systems and POS operations.
- Proficient with basic computer devices (iPad, laptop), Mobile POS, and internet-based tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capacity to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills; strong English language proficiency required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods; ability to perform physical duties (lift, bend, kneel, climb).

Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably including cashier or stockroom duties and prior exposure to luxury retail standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, customer-service or visual merchandising training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
