Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalised assistance at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; maintain cash-wrap organisation and handle cash/media in accordance with company policy.
- Process incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies, organise the stockroom and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support sales-floor activities and respond promptly to customer requests; recommend add-on products and promote gift cards while capturing customer data where permitted.
- Maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competitors.
- Proven ability to operate cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and internet-based tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills; capable of building rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift routinely at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend and manoeuvre around the sales floor and stockroom.

At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer-service training preferred.
