Role & Responsibilities
- Serve clients at the cash wrap with warmth and professionalism; operate POS accurately and handle cash/media in accordance with policy.
- Support sales floor activity by responding to customer requests, suggesting add-on products and promoting gift cards.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor and execute basic visual merchandising updates.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and store safety guidelines.
- Act as a local brand ambassador and support store social media engagement when required.
- Use store technology (iPad, Mobile POS, cash register systems, walkie talkie) to support sales and operational flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail/service environment; combinations of education and experience considered.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Proven ability to operate cash register systems and Mobile POS using devices such as iPad/laptop.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational capability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom spaces.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stocking or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment. Demonstrated comfort using POS systems and performing stockroom and merchandising duties.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
