Coach in Deer Park, NY is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate to assist customers, operate POS and manage stock.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and uphold stockroom cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates and ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Support sales floor activities and customer requests; suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted.
- Act as a local brand ambassador, supporting in-store initiatives and social media engagement when required, while adhering to Loss Prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proven attention to detail, strong organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-volume retail setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales); prior experience in luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
