Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate the POS system accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with company policy
• Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Suggest add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information in accordance with privacy regulations
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background)
• Preferably in a luxury retail service environment; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to utilize two-way communication devices and interpret price sheets and product release information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Capacity to multitask in a high-velocity retail environment
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service setting. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered as an alternative to direct retail background.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
