Coach Sales Support Associate III position in Cypress, Texas. Luxury retail role offering $15-$19.50/hour, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized product recommendations
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor stock, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales and engagement
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement and maintain knowledge of current fashion trends
- Respond to customer requests with confidence and professionalism, collaborating with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping and Loss Prevention standards throughout the sales floor and stockroom
- Lift merchandise regularly up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace awareness
- Proficiency with cash register systems and POS technology
- Competency with computers, iPad/laptop devices, Mobile POS systems, and Internet tools
- Ability to utilize walkie-talkie communication systems and read price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
Skills
Experience
1 year of retail experience in a customer-facing and/or stock role, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
