Coach Sales Support Associate position in Cypress, Texas. Part-time retail role offering hourly pay $15–$19.50 plus benefits including health insurance and 401(k).
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines, and comply with health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS platforms
- Ability to read and understand price sheets, product release sheets, and utilize walkie-talkie communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Capacity to lift 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Experience in cashier operations, stock management, or direct sales is advantageous. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail training or certification is a plus but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
