Coach in Cypress, Texas is hiring a Sales Support Associate (full-time) to manage cash wrap, inventory and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client welcome and personalised in-store assistance at the cash wrap and across the sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in accordance with company policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture permitted customer information, and support local brand representation including social media engagement.
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with colleagues and management to meet store objectives.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and safe manual handling practices (regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and mobile POS; basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and capacity to multitask in a high‑volume store environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have worked in luxury or premium retail settings handling POS transactions, inventory intake, and on‑floor merchandising.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or customer service is advantageous. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
