Coach is hiring a Sales Support Associate in Cypress, Texas. Full-time retail role supporting POS, inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process, organize and reconcile incoming shipments and store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom order and cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to maintain brand presentation standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support sales and clienteling efforts.
- Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with store management and colleagues to meet store targets.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines, and assist with store opening/closing procedures as required.
- Support local brand representation and social media engagement when requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales role); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and awareness of competitive marketplace activity.
- Practical experience with cash handling and POS operations; ability to read price and product release sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least 1 year of previous retail experience is required; experience in a luxury retail service environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
