Coach Sales Support Associate position in Cookstown, Ontario. Part-time retail role with flexible scheduling, $17.60–$22.00/hr, competitive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally, supporting social media engagement and market presence
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience), preferably in luxury retail
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
- Ability to utilize walkie-talkie systems and understand price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Fluency in English

1 year of retail experience required, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
