Coach Sales Support Associate in Commerce, CA—part-time retail role at The Citadel Outlets offering $15–$21.75/hr with benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance throughout the shopping experience
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; actively support social media engagement initiatives and community presence
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policies
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with established protocols
  • Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; identify and report discrepancies while maintaining stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates in alignment with brand standards
  • Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management as required
  • Uphold housekeeping standards throughout the store and strictly adhere to all loss prevention guidelines

Qualifications

  • One or more years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer literacy, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS platforms, and internet navigation
  • Ability to operate walkie-talkie systems and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities
  • Competency in multitasking within a high-volume retail environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated customer service excellence
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering throughout sales floor and stockroom
